Bedroom furnishing: A comfortable double bed assures guests a great nights’ sleep. A comforter, sheets and pillows are put into place before your arrival. You will also find a nightstand and drawer and closet to hang away your clothing. There is enough ceiling light and lights on the nightstands.
Kitchen: The kitchen is where you’ll find the most variation in what a furnished apartment includes. All of our apartments have the following appliances: Coffee maker, a refrigerator, microwave/Grill, rice maker, food processor, toaster freezer and most of them also have a seperate oven, dishwasher, etc. and dishwasher, while furnished apartments may include small appliances like a coffeemaker, toaster, toaster oven, blender, rice maker or food processor. The kitchen also includes all sorts of cookware (pots and pans, wooden spoos, dishes, glasses etc.).
Most of the bathrooms have a shower (no bath) and include bathroom accessories. Bath linen is foreseen.
All or our living rooms include a sofa, coffee table, closet and storage area, lamps, TV, contemporary Artwork and plant decoration.
Digital television and internet connection (Wifi) are standard.
Some apartments have a balcony with a little outdoors tables and a couple of chairs.
Underground parking is possible in most of our buildings. Central waste and trash pickup is taken care of. Each building has at least one elevator and a laundryroom with a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer.
The handyman is available and takes care of any repairs required in your apartment.
