The studio is located on the ground floor, at the back of the building (no street noise) with a large terrace boarding to the living area (facing East).

After entering the hall, the studio shows an open space with view on the terrace faced easts. The living room includes a fully equipped kitchen (a.o. oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooking stove, Nespresso, cooking supplies, etc.), dining table, sitting area and double bed with spacious wardrobe of 2 meter.

​The hall of the studio also leads to a seperate toilet room and bathroom. The bathroom has a walk in shower and washbasin furniture, towel dryer, etc.

Gent location

This studio is located at the Kortrijksesteenweg, 9000 Gent. It is located in a residential, but lively area. It is 2 minutes away from the Citadel Park, where you will find the cultural centre of Ghent. Nice restaurants and supermarkets are close. There is a great connection to all main high ways and very good public transport as the Ghent Sint Pieters Station is at 5 minute walking distance. Parking your car is free from 7 PM until 9 AM.
