​This furnished apartment has been recently renovated in 2018 and is as follows: entrance hall, living room with leather sofa and storage cupboards, Equipped kitchen (fridge with small freezer compartment, induction cooking stove, microwave with grill, Nespresso coffee machine, hot water boiler, toaster, etc.), small storage room, toilet, a bathroom with shower and bedroom with double bed and desk area.

​The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the building and therefore has a nice view over the neighbourhood and a lot of light entering the big double glassed windows. Please do note that the apartment is only accessable through the stairs. The Highspeed wireless internet and Digital TV are also included in the price. This furnished apartment is cleaned on a bi weekly basis.
